If your image manipulation software offers the feature, sometimes "resampling" to a smaller size gives better results than "resizing". e.g.

(Although at almost 47 yrs old I think I look better blurry! :o) I don't think I'll find out til Monday since I doubt anyone from the UT is working online this weekend (not if they're smart anyway and enjoy their weekends!)
