I've tried, it brought the directory Index page. From this page I think I tried twice unsuccessfully. But I have problems with FTP here.
Anyway, I've simply used 65 vs. 70 percent reduction to achieve the needed dimensions in Paint.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
