I agree. I had to take it once, someone up the company ladder thought it would be a good idea to find out who would be a good match to cooperate with whom (and which pairings would lead to a disaster) - even though about half of the company was telecommuting.
Many questions looked like trick questions, and several were, well, heavily culturally biased, and I simply refused to answer them. How do I know what are my church habits, I never acquired any.
Amazingly, though, it did place me close to the people who I already was working with - i.e. other Foxers :).
