I was being a bit tongue-in-cheek, old girl. In reality, I too would like to see deer in my backyard, glimpse a wolf or coyote occasionally, watch humming-birds drink from a dispenser in my garden, eat out inexpensively occasionally. Hell, just meet a whole new bunch of people. It's getting a little stale for me right now - mid-life crisis I guess.

>There are few, if any, drive-in movie theatres here anymore. Also, after a few months, the petrol doesn't seem quite so cheap :o) Afterall, we have to drive EVERYWHERE, and usually it can be a good distance unless you live in a very large metropolitan area with a mass transit system. Don't forget the hurricanes, tornados, and in some places, earthquakes we experience! It can be rather exciting. *G*

>>>What?!! Cross the pond? I can't believe it! :o) Here I thought every good Brit wouldn't consider it... :o)

>>You kidding? I want to go to drive-in movies, eat enchiladas, see movies 6 months earlier, get cheap petrol and wear a stetson :-)

>>No seriously, I would consider the change of life-style and the experience very seriously. Mind you - just 2 weeks' vacation???? FFFFFFFFFFFFFF!
>>Don't you know I've always been an "Americanophile"?
