Hi all:

I tried creating a form from a form class. The form used to create the form class is a fully functional basic form. However, I get the error "Expression evaluated to an illegal value.". There is no clue as to what the error really is.

For the many forms that I created this way, this is the first time I am encountering this kind of error. Any help is highly appreciated.
