We've got a line of code:

SELECT GoodFile
APPEND FROM ErrFile.DBF ;
FOR EMPTY(ErrFile.Code) and EMPTY(ErrFile.Client)

It's giving us an Access Deined message. We've checked the attributes for both GoodFile and ErrFile and neither is ReadOnly. Both files are currently open.

What are we missing???
