7 mins walk! How could you even consider moving????? I would never... :o) The only thing I enjoy almost as much as the ocean is the mountains. Yet, if I had to chose, then I would chose the beach. Here, we are fortunate that we can have both on weekend excursions. There are not many states that offer that other than North Carolina, California, Oregon, Washington, Virginia...
