Our rabbi is big on "so." Every sermon starts with "so." What's funny is he knows he does it, but can't seem to stop. The other way he has drives me nuts. He often says something or other "is is that ...", like "The reality is is that blah, blah." There's always a pause between the two uses of "is," but that makes it worse because I know it's coming.
