How to avoid caption with = being evaluated in IDE

I have set capions (not tool tip texts) like this and if the function is not available VFP simply sets the captions empty. I think it works with all properties, no matter if it's a visible caption, or a tooltip, which never displays in design mode anyway.

So the solution should be to not set procedure to Somefunction and keep it unknown at design time.
