It says:

However it uses .Net 3.0 features, Orcas beta etc that might not be available on your system and I'm not sure that you would want to install its prerequisites. There is hands on labs for it. Maybe you'd check that out. www.asp.net has starter kits, tutorials, quickstarts, videos ...
