The error seems to be that the program cannot find the specified directory or folder. Somehow, I need to put double quotes around the paths. When I ran the code in the command window, I put quotes around each directory and then everything worked fine. I am not sure how to keep double quotes or even single quotes around the paths. The problem with the paths is that they have spaces, so you must put quotes around them, but how?
