Maybe I've gone braindead but I need to know how to update fields in a single record in a file from a single record in another file where the field names are the same but in different order. The record is in both files. The fields just need to be updated in the masterfile. I don't want to use a simple replace ..... command because there are 190 fields that must be updated out of about 280.

Is there a way to do it or do I need to get busy typing? Any help would be appreciated.
