Ditto to Hamachi/Logmein
Been using it for few months to synchonize 14 remote databases 24/7 and has been very reliable. Very few minor interuptions. Combination of Hamachi and Logmein (ignition module) has been a time saver and cost saver. Have over 30+ remote users (and still adding) that we are able to support.

>It assigns you a static IP in 5. range. When Hamachi is running I just use Remote Desktop to connect to my PC using that IP address, or just browse the shared folders on it without using Remote Desktop.
