Do you have different ForeColor for your textbox in the column?
If you set up the same ForeColor for all column.textboxes and columns (the default setting) you don't have the problem. If you use different Column.TextBox.ForeColor for any reason, then you can try to set Column.DynamicForeColor to match the ForeColor in active cell.
