If you're using Windows XP (and up), get http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=B4CB2678-DAFB-4E30-B2DA-B8814FE2DA5A, there are scripts related with Print Jobs.

UPDATE. I checked the scripts and there is no sample of changing a print job name.

You should go with Christof's solution instead.
