I've become so accustomed to it (and to mouse gestures and AdBlock) that on the rare occasion when I'm forced to use IE I'm not only feeling not at home, but somewhat crippled as well. If I had to imagine what would would life be without some of the daily conveniences like, say, a mouse or touch-dial telephone (do everything from the command line, crank it up every time), this comes close as a level of discomfort.
