I had to reinstall Windows XP Pro SP2. After that, I can now see that my Outlook icon is visible in the tray when Outlook is running. I didn't have that there before. The only think that should appear there is the Outlook new email icon when there are some. Where is the setting to disable the visibility of the Outlook icon in the tray?
