I've found a website (www.eps-software.com). There are many freeware tools that provide third-party report writer for Visual Foxpro 3.X and Foxpro 2.X and so on. I haven't enough time to watch this more time...
But I supose this will mean a great fresh water to those who have a
hot brain trying to make things that wasn't possible with foxpro's report writer...
