hmmm...maybe it s the privacy settings?

You can try this:
Tools/Options/Privacy - move the slider all the way to the bottom and try it - see if that works.


This is how I have my ActiveX security settings in mine:
allow previously unused ActiveX controls to run without prompt
disable

allow scriptlets
disable

Automatic prompting for activex controls
disable

binary and script behaviors
enable

display vieo and animation on a webpage that does not use external media player
disable

Download signed actviex controls
prompt

download unsigned activex controls
disable

initalize and script activex controls not marked as safe for scripting
disable

run activex controls and plug-ins
enable

script activex controls marked safe for scripting
enable

automatic prompting for file downloads
disable

file download
enable

font download
enable
