In IIS, right click on MyWebSite and go to properties. Click on the Documents tab. Add Login.aspx, and move it to the top of the list.

Also, what form of authentication do you use in your app? I am guessing since you have a login page you use forms authentication. I believe there is a way in the web.config file to specify what page to go to if the user is not logged in, but I don't know how to do it. Let me know if you are interested in this approach, and I can probably do a bit of research.
