I second that. Just bought a subscription last week. Now if I could just find the time...

>Take a look at www.learnvisualstudio.net much recommended by Cetin. I've been looking at some the videos and find them very helpful.

>>Well...today we just finished porting all of our VFP data to a new .NET system.
>>
>>We had an outside group write the .NET application. It's done in C# + Infragistics and they use a Progress database.
>>
>>Everything I've done here has been in relation to the VFP app of course - so I think as of about 30 minutes ago I just either A) just finished worked myself out of a job or B) I have some serious learning to do.
>>
>>I guess I need to get up to speed on C# and takeover the new code, or find another VFP job.
>>
>>As for training I was thinking of taking this:
>>It costs a whopping $5700 for the 14 day class - but I think I can talk them into paying for it. Does anyone know anything about these classes or have any other suggestions? I've self-taught myself plenty of languages over the years - but seeing how I'm sooo old and feeble now I'd rather have some pro tranning.
>>
>>I'm a little nervous because I've been on the VFP bandwagon since about 1996 - but I figure I'm going to be programming for another 20+ years - so maybe its end of the line for my VFP skills and time to learn something new?
