No more... with optical mice the problem doesn't exist. With the old one with the heavy ball, had to clean the wee rollers myself quite frequently.

I meant the ugly habit of IE to have to rightclick a link, then select "open in new window" (or tab now). In Mozilla, you just wheel-click it, and I've configured mine to not setfocus to the new tab, so it loads while I'm still reading what I'm reading. I'll look it up later.

With mouse gestures, it's just rightclick anywhere and drag up to open a new tab.

Um, which one do you have in mind? 'Cause I don't see any faces there at all, and the thingies are shown on a tailor's doll, which still has no head. Probably never will.
