I'm exploring displaying pictures on a form from a field in a database. I was hoping for speed purposes I wouldn't have to take the picture from the memo field save it to disk and then update the picture field on the control to point to the file.

Can you point the picture field directly to the memo field? Are there any tricks? Any difference between doing this with FoxPro native tables vs. SQL server views?

Thanks for any advice you can give. (I've already got this working with external files, but I was hoping for a more efficient approach if possible.)
