I have tried to solve the problem by using
Msxml2.ServerXMLHTTP
instead
WinHttp.WinHttpRequest

The problem is the same:
All is OK when posted file is text but not with binary file.

It looks as if
setRequestHeader("Content-type", "application/x-www-form-urlencoded")
is ignored.
