I saw a report the other day that said by 2011 75% of all American's will be overweight. I'm built like a toothpick myself (couldn't tell by the way I eat though..ha). I used to hate the fact I can't put on weight but now that I'm older I feel lucky. I think a big part of the problem here in the USA is not just how much people over here eat - but WHAT they eat when they do. There's people in my office that eat at McDonald's every day! Its like having heart-attack-in-a-bag for lunch..geeze.
