I run across this fairly often and the best way I know to fix it is to close out of VFP, go to your prog directory and delete all .fxp's, then open VFP and run your code again. Best as I can figure, it doesn't clear the last .fxp out of memory and will just flat refuse to do so no matter how many 'close all', 'clear all', 'clear prog' I'd issue from the command window
