I like both, but especially like that at Subway, I can get a sandwich that's right-sized, and not full of fattening junk. When I want to be careful about what I eat, Subway is a better choice.

I agree with you on that one, Subway seems to have more choices if you're paying close attention to what you eat.

I plan to go to Quizonos once a month now for that prime rib sub, it was so good.
