Give it up, if it's what I think (diagnose codes of the WHO), they are not related in any way. They've completely reinvented the codes; I almost believe they reinvented all the diseases too.
I have ICD9 in Serbian and Hungarian, and ICD10 in Hungarian only. Tried all day (er... some time January '96) to find any match between the versions, and finally gave it up. So did the doctors.
