Nonsense. Twitting a person is simply not reading their messages. It is nothing other than a filter. The person generally does not even know they have been twitted so how could it cause any pain or suffering? It is not any response at all - unlike negative responses or comments. If it causes any pain or suffering, then that person has an unrealistic and unhealthy view of online participation and should seek counseling.
