Do you ever get mad at another driver for being foolish or careless? Did they hear your complaint? Guess what? You twit filtered the other driver. I've only twit filtered one person. The word twit is a derogatory term meaning silly annoying person. IOW someone you'd rather avoid.
If someone doesn't phone you anymore you should let it go. Have the self-confidence to say "It's their loss that they don't call you."
