Naomi, look at it this way. If someone thinks that whatever I say is not worth reading, then whether they twit me or not, they still are unlikely to bother with any of my posts. If they do bother to read my posts, then they'll probably just sneer at my words. If I get twitted or if I don't, the result is still much the same except that if I do get twitted, then at least there is someone who thinks I'm a jerk with whom I no longer need concern myself.

Being twitted bothers me less than not getting a seat on the bus. I have no idea, in fact, if anyone has ever twitted me, nor do I care.
