You're right- not much crime either, decent restaurants and pubs in town, a river, an airport, plenty to do in easy reach...

More than I can say for where I am right now - in a dump of a hotel on the bad side of Parsippany, NJ (well, that's assuming there is a "good" side). I'm now cursing myself for telling my client that I don't need fancy hotels and that they could put me up in a budget-type place.

The wireless in the room doesn't work, and the room smells like....well.....I'd rather not say.
