I replied to your private e-mail, but it sounds like you didn't receive it (spam filter perhaps?). Anyway, here is my original reply:
We have a good number of developers using MM .NET on Vista, so that shouldn’t be an issue. Have you turned off UAC?
Also, try creating a web application (and when prompted, also create a business object project to go along with the web project) and let me know if that works.
