I lumped bread and pancake/taco similar stuff together. Main difference from noodles is that while noodles are also flower-based, they are cooked. Also I think there is a difference between "separated rice" (even considering spiced rice often served in indian or persian cuisine) and "fried rice" (with Risi-Bisi somewehre in between).
