Thanks for the suggestion about the dump file.
I have been review several vfp8err.log files from the client sites. All of them so far have been throwing the error on a DO FORM statements. This has been occuring in various place in the application and are difficult to reproduce.
Are you aware of any blogs or white papers that discuss this issue and possible suggest some solutions?

Search for a task called DW20.EXE and kill it. Open the temporary directory (open Explorer and enter "%temp%" into the address line) and look for a file with the extension "DMP". Let the customer send you this file.
