I have looked at Satori software, Melissadata software, and the software listed on SoftwareCompany.com.

That data file will be several thousand records, and we will probably do it twice or three times a month. We will be maintaining these addresses in a database. It's not 100% crucial that we validate every single record perfectly, but of course we want to get as close as possible.
