Most everyone I know that saw 3 are firmly in the "It was ok" realm. Most of the complaints are
1) Too many villains. C'mon guys, can't you write a compelling story with only 1?
2) No closure. 3 was touted (at least in pre-production) as 'the last Spiderman', but everyone is exactly where they started, with the exception of the Goblin twins.
