Bob, sorry but to be sure - you logged in as the Administrator user account or your user account has admin rights? They are not the same and although my user account on Vista is an "Administrator" I still need to "Run As Admin" if UAC is active in order to register the dll. Do you have UAC active?
Just so you know I do have Cryptor 5 working fine on Vista Business edition.
