Yes... for example, if our user has three benefits windows open, and we are adding the employee name to the caption, as it is now, the window menu shows...

As you said, I guess maybe everyone would not want it, but I think without it, the window menu is useless if there is no way to distinguish which instance of a form you want to switch back to.

As you said, not really a bug, but a preference.
