If someone is updating a FAQ is it possible to have Save button somewhere at the top as well as at the bottom?

And also after Save would it be possible to remain on the just updated record? I made some changes in my FAQ and accidentally closed the IE window without save, of course. Now I would have to re-do my changes again.

Not much of a problem, of course, and happens with me all the time...
