The SQL statement is
SELECT cash.source, cash.dept, cash.amt from cash INTO CURSOR tempcash WHERE TRIM(UPPER(cash.source)) = thisform.txtsource.value .AND. cash.postdt >= thisform.msdt.value

and yes, postdt is a date field
