The runtime files that I was using come in an exe file, ftp://ftp.prolib.de/public/.
They are in VFP9SP2RT_CTP.exe. I was assuming that after installing this exe,
it also registered the files. I think this assumption is false.

My programs, I was installing via innosetup. To do this, I had created a foxpro
project, then build it into a foxpro app. Innosetup then creates a sefl installing
exe file. When you install this, it places the program and its files, along with
the app, in the right folders.
