I have the setting for 9 but it acts like when i compile it is reverting back to 8

I am going to blow my Foxuser's away and see if that makes a difference. Or is the Reportbehavior a register setting?

I toggled from one to the other and when in 8 it acts the same but with 9 i get the differences
