Obviously Jason doesn't know what he's talking about. The Fox team has always had more than one developer. And Fox technology is all over the place...ADO, .Net, etc, etc. Additionally, for along time FoxPro was used throughout Microsoft simply for text editing because the editor will handle text files of any size.
