Hum i see now. Strange problem indeed. Have you tried windows setup (i mean the one in add/remove programs) and try uninstalling dial up networking. Also do you have any sort of conflict (memory mostly) in system devices. Do you have some sort of network card that would cause a strange incompatibility somewhere. Last question are you running 95-B or the original win95 ?
