It looks like it might be some sort of malware - search Google on "_eac_qt_" (especially 2nd page of results).

Also, you can search your computer's registry for that string and see if it appears in any suspicious places e.g. HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Windows/Current Version/Run

Do you run antivirus software? If not free scans and/or free trials are offered by Trend Micro and Symantec, among others.

You may also want to download and install antispyware software such as Ad-Aware and Spybot Search & Destroy. If you're going to do this, install, update and run both of them.
