All hail Alan Popow, the home run king!

It is kind of sad that one of the greatest sports records has been broken and just about everyone outside San Francisco is bummed about it. It's also sad that Bonds turned himself into such a pariah with the apparent steroid use. He had hit a lot of homers and won three MVP awards before he started juicing. He won umpty ump Gold Glove awards for his fielding. In short, he was already arguably the best player in baseball. Now his entire career is tainted.
