Well, after more verification, I have found that the other wall plug I was using is not functional. But, there is some interference for sure. And, it only happens when the power jack is used on the laptop. I tried to use other wall plug in the house and the problem is not there. The problem is present as soon as I plug the power on the laptop. The transformer could be malfunctioning.
