Right now I'm using SyncToy which I prefer of the utilities. the only drawback is that it doesn't automtatically copy related files (like the .scx if the .sct was changed like Boris's does) unless the mod date, creation date is different. I like that it gives so many options for the two locations though (like echo, mirror, and more)
