I use SET PROCEDURE. I keep lots of related functions in different PRG files. Mainly two: One contains "generic" functions, which I might use in any application, and one contains functions which are so adapted to a particular application that I don't expect to use them in other applications.

As seen on this forum, some people prefer to have each function in a separate PRG file.

Another alternative is to put at least some functions into the database container. I use this only for functions that are related to the data access.
